Ever have one of those moments when you want something sweet and decadent but you don’t want to tackle an entire cake?  This snack is the perfect solution.

Cheesecake Snack Bites!

Take some Graham Crackers, smear on a little cream cheese – or a lot – and add a dollop of your favourite jam, jelly, compote or preserves.

That’s it. Pretty simple.

For our photo shoot we used HoneyMaid Graham Crackers by Christie, Plain Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Crofter’s Organic Four Fruit Premium Spread. They didn’t last long.

Variations: fruity cream cheese, macerated fresh fruit, lemon curd, chocolate drizzle, a dollop of peanut butter or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
